BEHIND THE SCENES
“She did my hair and make-up perfectly!”
Hailey’s family has shown horses competitively for more than 20 years. Her vintage fringe brown suede jacket was an old competition outfit – not to mention a vintage dream. As soon as we caught a glimpse of it, it was the start of outfit one. Other competition items were incorporated into Hailey’s looks where we combined her own wardrobe, along with a white dress and skirt we had in our exclusive senior portrait studio wardrobe. Our outfit selections reflected her style, to a T.
We wanted a natural make-up feel to compliment Hailey’s brown eyes. Our three biggest items we used where: 1.) a shimmer golden and amber colored highlight from Jacklin Hill’s, Morphe brushes pallet 2.) MAC studio Tech all over as a base, and 3.) Laura Conrad pressed and baked highlighter.
SESSION LOCATIONS //
Hailey’s parents own a horse farm, which made the perfect senior portraits locations. We incorporated her fathers old chevy truck, her ridding field where she spent many high school nights working with her horses and an old barn close to their property. Every senior portrait session we create, we like to secure locations based on their unique style – hardly ever using the same location more than once. “A complete customized experience.”
